Service and Parts
Our Service department staff are certified by the Equipment & Engine Training Council (EETC) and attend annual update schools.
Every unit 100% stays inside before and after service, out of the RAIN and SNOW. We are the ONLY retailer in our area to do this. No chain link fences or crossed fingers here. We keep everything under lock and key.
We typically order parts 3 to 4 times a week, more if needed to complete a repair. Holidays and back-ordered parts are the only thing that can mess up a parts shipment via delay(s)….***PLEASE NOTE*** as of 5-19-2019 Briggs parts are coming from all over the nation as they have spread their 6-7 warehouses over the 50 states. this has DRAMATICALLY effected parts turn-around time. This will get better, but the ball is in THEIR hands.
NO CHAIN SAWS !
JANUARY 1ST 2006 WAS OUR LAST DAY OF RETAILING/SERVICING/PARTS HELP WITH CHAIN SAWS OF ANY BRAND/COLOR OR MODEL. AS THE YEARS HAVE WENT BUY, WE HAVE DWINDLED DOWN ON BARS, CHAINS, PARTS INVENTORY. CUSTOMER NEGATIVITY DROVE THIS DECISION. WHERE THERE WERE A FEW GREAT EXPERIENCES, THE BAD ONES OVERRULED THE OTHERS. THIS COMING FROM A GUY WHO HAS SERVICED SAWS SINCE THE SUMMER OF 1979 . SORRY TO BE BLAH WITH ALL OF THIS, BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.
